Tenancy Application

If the viewings go well, you can apply for the tenancy. Make sure you have all of the required documents beforehand:

• Proof of income
• Proof of Right to Rent

Payments and Tenancy Agreement

Once your application is accepted, you will be required to pay the agency fees and deposit and can sign the Tenancy Agreement. The letting agent/landlord will then give you a copy of:

• Gas Safety Check / Electric Certificate
• EPC
• How to Rent Guide
• Your copy of the Tenancy Agreement

Move In
